What is Bellaplex™?
Bellaplex™ is a true Botox® alternative. It is a superior facial cream which contains the four most effective substances needed for real results. Bellaplex™ is unlike other skin creams. We know that you will feel this is the best money you ever spent and this provides 7 days for the sample to reach you, and 7 days for your trial period. With auto-ship, you'll automatically and conveniently receive a new jar of Bellaplex every month. Your shipments are sent monthly, timed perfectly, to arrive at your door just a few days before you run out of your current supply. This means you'll never miss a single important daily application. Can I order without being on an Autoship Program?
Of course you can. There are two options on the order page:

How do I cancel the Autoship Program?
If you have been on the Autoship for a while and have achieved the desired goals in your skin’s rejuvenation and anti-aging, you can discontinue the Autoship Program before we process your next order.

At any time before the 14 day trial period ends (14 days from your trial invoice date), you may cancel your Program and not pay for the first full month’s supply.

Ordering / Return Information

What is your return policy?
We want you to have a no-lose situation in trying Bellaplex. Therefore, everyone is entitled to one of our Product Guarantees. There are 2 categories for our customers to redeem their product for the guarantee:

1) Bellaplex Free Trial Program Customers:
Fourteen days after you place your order, you will automatically be shipped a 30-day supply of Bellaplex and billed $49.99 (+$ S&H) to your card. We know that you will feel this is the best money you ever spent and this provides 7 days for the sample to reach you, and 7 days for your trial period.

If you are unhappy with Bellaplex for any reason, you simply need to cancel your autoship program within 14 days from your invoice date. Cancels may be done on line, by clicking here for Customer Service . Alternatively, please see our contact page for business phone hours. You will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation.

Once your 14 day trial period is up and your full month's supply is sent, you are no longer eligible for a monetary refund. HOWEVER – if you decide you do not want to keep your jar of Bellaplex after your 14 trial period is up, you may return any unopened jar for a FULL PRODUCT CREDIT redeemable for one of our other fine products. 2) Non Auto-Ship Customers
If you purchased Bellaplex without registering for the Risk Free Trial/Autoship Program, your order is Guaranteed for 30 days from the day you place your order. If you are unhappy with Bellaplex for any reason you may return your order for a refund less a $ restocking fee plus expedited shipping fees and insurance, if any.

How long before my order arrives?
Most international orders are delivered in 10 days. Please note: Customs clearance may delay the delivery of your order by up to an additional two weeks depending on your country.

What happens if my order does not clear customs?
If you provide us with the appropriate documentation from your Customs Department, we will refund your purchase, less a restocking fee of $ plus any expedited shipping services, if any. Or, at your request, we will re-ship your order, but we must charge shipping and handling again. If we re-ship your order and it again does not clear customs, we will refund your purchase less the restocking fee as described above. Sorry, but we cannot ship a third time.

Will I be charged a customs fee or tax?
Most countries today charge their citizens an import duty or tax. We are unable to determine this in advance, and you will be responsible for this cost.
